Volunteer Opportunity at the Southshore Center
A chance to give back while getting involved in local happenings.
Volunteering at the Southshore Center, 5735 Country Club Road, Shorewood, is a great way to meet your neighbors and find out what is going on in your community. Right now volunteers are needed at the reception desk, 8:30 am to noon and noon to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Duties include: answering the phone, taking messages and greeting people as they come into the center. Volunteers can sign up for as many or as few shifts as they like.
There is an immediate need to fill the Wednesday morning, Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon shifts. Typically a volunteer takes on a specific day and a morning or afternoon shift.
