No Cause of Death Yet for Wayzata Man Found Under Stone Arch Bridge

A determination on how Orono High School grad Jacob Anderson died is pending further studies, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.

The cause of death remains unknown for a Wayzata man who was found dead Sunday morning under the Stone Arch Bridge.

A Hennepin County Medical Examiner report released Monday evening said only that the “cause and manner of death are pending further studies” for Orono grad and University of Minnesota student Jacob Anderson.

Anderson was found dead at the Xcel Plant at 600 Main Street SE, on a riverbank on the northeast side of the Mississippi River. His time of death is listed as 8:48 a.m. Sunday.

Police do not suspect foul play but continue to investigate.
