The Westonka Public School District proudly serves all or part of eight communities nestled along the western shores of beautiful Lake Minnetonka: Mound, Minnetrista, Orono, Navarre, Spring Park, Shorewood, Independence and Lyndale. 

We serve approximately 2,200 students grades preK-12. Students attend four district schools: Hilltop Primary School, Shirley Hills Primary School, Grandview Middle School and Mound Westonka High School. The district also has a vibrant Early Childhood program, offering Early Childhood Family Education classes and Westonka Community Preschool.

Westonka offers lower class sizes and individual attention along with a wide variety of extracurricular and co-curricular opportunities and a full portfolio of honors and college-level courses.
