Former Wife of Local Real Estate Developer Sentenced in Federal Court

Holly Claire Damiani, the former wife of local real estate developer Jeffrey John Wirth, was sentenced late last week in federal court for filing a false federal individual income tax return. United States District Judge Ann D. Montgomery sentenced Damiani to three months in prison and one year of supervised release on one count of filing a false federal individual income tax return.
