Dr. Kahn Returns to Orono Next Week with More Advice for Parents
Prom, graduation and summer are fast approaching, and Minnesota psychologist has some suggestions on how to connect with your kids.
Dr. Steven Kahn, who wowed Orono parents this past January, is returning by popular demand and will speak from 7-8 p.m. next Thursday, April 26, in the auditorium of Orono Middle School. A psychologist in the Twin Cities for more than 30 years, Dr. Kahn enlightens parents on how they can influence their teenagers' decisions even when they are away from them. In this season of prom, graduation and other events, the evening should prove to be helpful to parents. The event is free thanks to sponsorship by the Orono Alliance for Education, Orono High School and Spartan Parent Association. Dr. Kahn's appearance was privately funded by individual Orono parents.
