The below are a selection of notable incidents responded to by the Deephaven Police Department between Oct. 26 and Oct.31. Not intended to be a comprehensive log of activity. Oct. 26 A motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Minnetonka Boulevard and Shavers Lake Road led to the arrest of a man of unknown age for DWI and the possession of a small amount of marijuana. The arrest took place just before 8:15 p.m. Oct. 27 A vehicle was stopped just after 9:30 p.m. after officers observed poor driving conduct and an equipment violation. The driver, a 62-year-old male from Deephaven, was eventually arrested for DWI after blood alcohol tests resulted in a reading of .13.
