UPDATED: Freight Train Hits Street Sweeper in Wayzata

Driver for Carefree Services leaped from the sweeper before train hit and his injuries were minor. The street sweeper's brushes may have gotten hung up on the tracks.

One-Vehicle Crash Causes Delays on Hwy. 7

Expect major rush delays heading west through Minnetonka.

Rush hour traffic was backed up heading westbound on Hwy. 7 in Minnetonka due to a crash Tuesday afternoon. The crash occurred after 4 p.m. when a truck hit a pole. Minnetonka Police confirmed there were no injuries in the incident. As of 4:30 p.m., only one lane was open to traffic beginning at the intersection of Co. Rd 101.
