Explore Volunteering With Three Rivers Park District

More than 800 people volunteer their time.

Are you a young professional looking to give back to the community, a recent retiree looking to stay active and involved or a high school student with service requirements to complete?  

Then become a Three Rivers Park District volunteer.  

The Park District will host a “Volunteer Opportunities Open House” Tuesday, June 14, from 6:30-8 p.m., at the Hyland Ski & Snowboard area in Hyland Lake Park Reserve, Bloomington

More than 800 people volunteer their time, energy and enthusiasm on an ongoing basis each year, providing vital assistance in a variety of positions. Volunteers are needed to help with recreation, cultural history, farming, art and nature programs

Volunteers must be 16 years or older unless accompanied by an adult or stated otherwise. Certain positions also require a background check. A commitment of 30 hours each year is requested.
