What sports do you play during the year?
I play basketball during the winter and usually play softball during the spring.
Who was your favorite athlete growing up and why?
Like probably every kid basketball player. I loved watching the old Michael Jordan games. His story is one that could inspire any sports player.
How would you describe yourself in three words or less?
Sporty, smart and sarcastic.
What is your favorite movie?
It is a three-way tie between "The Grinch," "Remember the Titans," and "Happy Gilmore."
Do you have a favorite sports memory that sticks out to you?
(I have) too many good memories playing basketball to pick one.
What’s an item you’d like to check off your bucket list in the next year?
When I turn 18, I am going skydiving and I am so excited for it!
If you could visit any place in the world, where would you go and why?
I would love to go to Italy. The architecture alone is worth the trip.
What are your plans next year (going to college? majoring in? playing sports?)
I am going to be studying writing at the University of Iowa.
