Senior Spotlight: Mikayla Greely

Senior softballer was on the Trojans volleyball team that went 30-3 and finished second in Class AAA.

Who was your favorite athlete growing up and why?

Misty May-Treanor—she plays back row for the U.S. Olympic beach volleyball team and she has succeeded and is a great role model.

How would you describe yourself in three words?

Determined, funny and caring.

What is your favorite subject in school?

Forensic Sciences.

If you could be someone else for a day, who would you be and why?

Jennifer Aniston—she's such a sweetie and stars in great chick flicks.

What is your favorite quote and who said it?

"Sorry 'bout it" — Rachel Jacobson.

What song do you listen to before games to get you pumped up?

"Heart of a Champion" — Nelly.

What has been the most exciting moment in your life so far?

Getting second in state for volleyball.

What are your plans for next year?

Either going to the University of North Dakota or the University of Iowa. Not sure on the major and I'm not playing sports—only intramurals.
