Experience effortless alignment and balance for the whole body through experiential understanding of the pelvic bones and joints. Due to its central location in the body, a well-integrated pelvis is basic to overall function. Learn ball and imagery exercises, along with techniques for protecting and improving functionality of your lower back, knees, and feet by increasing the power, alignment, and flexibility of the pelvic joints and muscles. Led by Occupational Therapist, Angela Kneale, the only Level III Franklin Method® educator in Minnesota.
