Andrew Brandt earned individual medalist honors as his one-over-par card of 73 led the Wayzata boys golf team to a team score of 302 and a six-stroke victory against Edina in a Lake Conference dual meet on Thursday at the Wayzata Country Club.

It was the third win in as many tries for the Trojans, who defeated Eden Prairie in the season opener on April 21 and then won the White Bear Invitational on April 25.

Wayzata was among the schools participating in the Tri-State Invitational on Friday and Saturday at Edinburgh USA Golf Course in Brooklyn Park.
