TONIGHT: Wayzata School Board To Discuss Curriculums, Levy

The Wayzata School Board has a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. to set the preliminary levy limitations and a 4 p.m. work session discussing various curriculum. The meetings are at the district's administrative offices in Plymouth.

To meet the state deadline that requires school districts to certify their proposed property tax levy payable in 2012 to the county auditor on or before Sept. 30, the Wayzata School Board is set to approve the levy limits at its special meeting Monday, Sept. 26.

The district has recently received the levy data from the Minnesota Department of Education and are analyzing the details.
