Snowy Friday around Lake Minnetonka: Orono, Westonka District Schools to Start 2 Hours Late

Wayzata and Minnetonka district schools also starting two hours late. Winter's last gasp is mucking up roads and some students' schedules.

Orono Schools (District 278) and Westonka School District 277 will start two hours late with no morning kindergarten on Friday, April 20, 2013, according to KSTP.com, as Minnesota deals with a springtime winter storm.

Schools in the Wayzata and Minnetonka districts will also have a two-hour late start, according to KARE11.

Commuters can expect a tough slog through the snow that has fallen along with rain, sleet and hail over the last 24 hours.
