All Systems Go for Tomorrow's Tour de Tonka

The annual bike tour for Minnetonka Community Education features five different routes.

, the annual Minnetonka Community Education multi-distanced bicycle ride through several Lake Minnetonka communities for cyclists of all ages, promotes and celebrates healthy lifestyles, friendship, teamwork and recreation through the collaboration of cities, sponsors, local charities and hundreds of volunteers. This year's ride takes place on Saturday, Aug. 4.

There are five different routes for riders of all abilities: 16, 26, 43, 77 and 100 miles. All races begin and end at

Volunteers are still needed. There are 450 volunteer slots for this ride.
