Minnesota may be better known for ice fishing than body surfing, but the state also offers plenty of summerime recreation opportunities.
This is the land of 10,000 lakes, after all, and one of the most popular is right in our backyard. All that waterfront affords lots of places to take a refreshing swim, toss around a plastic disc or just ignore all that healthy-skin advice and catch some rays.
