Lake Minnetonka State Legislators Plan Trio of Public Meetings

The series of three meetings—in Mound, Chanhassan and Maple Plain—will all take place on Saturday, April 13, and are are open to the public and are free of charge.

Lake Minnetonka's state legislators—State Senator David Osmek (R-Mound), Representative Jerry Hertaus (R-Greenfield) and Representative Cindy Pugh (R- Chanhassen)—will hold a series of information gathering meetings on Saturday, April 13, to listen to the concerns, issues and priorities important to Senate District 33 constituents during this 88th legislative session.

As part of our form of government and representative democracy, information gathering and constituent input is an important and necessary part of the legislative process. SD 33 legislators desire to better represent area constituents by hearing their concerns regarding proposed legislation affecting state policies, proposed budgets, taxes, spending and civil and criminal laws.

The series of three meetings will all take place on Saturday, April 13, and are are open to the public and are free of charge.
