Construction Update on Wayzata's Folkstone at the Promenade

Superior Block: Exterior masonry finishes are progressing; store front glass hasstarted at 1st level, Lund’s buildout continues, first truck loads of kitchen cabinets have arrived. Waterproofing of the central courtyard is proceeding. Elevators 1 and 2 will be complete next week.

North Block: Roofing is proceeding on A wing, while roof framing continues at the B wing. Lower level masonry walls are near completion, exterior window installation is ongoing. Interior mechanical and electrical work is proceeding. Waterproofing of the East courtyard is underway.

West Block: Foundation piles are being installed, focusing along the North wall.

Superior Block: Skylights to be installed next week. Painting of lower level garage to begin this week. Ceramic tile installation at residential units to start in two weeks. GeoThermal supply and return manifolds and piping at the lower level will start next week. 

North Block: Exteriormasonryto begin next week. Elevatorinstallations willstart nextweek as well.
