Adler Graduate School Admin Director Backs Haugen for Wayzata School Board

Dear Concerned Wayzata School Supporters,

I am very pleased to endorse Dan Haugen as a candidate for the Wayzata School Board. Dan and I have worked together for over 20 years at the Adler Graduate School. I worked with Dan as he evolved from a faculty member, to Academic Vice President and now in his role as President of the school.

Dan, for a time, wore two hats, because he also was the Director of Neighborhood Involvement Program in South Minneapolis before he became President at Adler. But what I admire most in Dan’s ability to multitask is his devotion to his family. Although working diligently in his professional life he always has time for his children. He has coached many teams for various Wayzata sports in which his children have participated.

Both he and his wife have worked as they raised their children and Dan is a committed father taking his share of child duties and family duties over the years with great willingness. Dan is also a totally amazing Grandpa to his first granddaughter spending many weekends in this new role. It is this sense of generosity and responsibility that I think makes him a wonderful candidate for the Wayzata School Board.

He will always have the best interests of the children and their families in mind during his decision making while on the Board.

Dan is ethical, honest and forthright and I strongly recommend him as a candidate for the Wayzata School Board.

Thank you,

Ev Haas
