Sept. 1
A 32-year-old female from Wayzata was arrested for making terroristic threats to her landlord's repair person. The arrest took place on the 500 block of Broadway Avenue North.

A 33-year-old male from Minneapolis was charged with fourth-degree DWI and no Minnesota drivers license after his blood alcohol level tested .11. The arrest took place at the intersection of Superior Boulevard and Wayzata Boulevard East.
A 21-year-old male from Plymouth was arrested for third-degree DWI and driving after revocation following a traffic stop at the intersection of Hwy. 12 and Central Avenue North. The driver's blood alcohol level tested .08.

Aug. 30
Four swimmers were going to Spirit Island from Wayzata Beach and back when reports were received that one swimmer had not been seen for about one hour. The swimmer was eventually located approaching beach and was OK.
