September 17
A 27-year-old man was arrested for DUI after a traffic stop for speeding and erratic driving. Arrest occurred on Minnetonka Boulevard and Meadville Street in Greenwood. Test results are pending.

September 18
A 45-year-old woman was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding. Arrest occurred on Hwy 7 and Eureka Road in Shorewood. Test results are pending.

A 23-year-old man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding and driving on the shoulder. Arrest occurred on Hwy 7 and Eureka Road in Shorewood. He refused to be tested.
A Wisconsin resident believed to have had laptop and case stolen from rental car while they were visiting. The vehicle was parked on Second Street in Excelsior. It was unknown whether the car had been locked. Resident called later to state belief that items had been stolen at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport. Items valued at $985.
September 19
A Shorewood man reported that someone used his social security number to apply for a credit card. He lost $13,000.
A report of mail theft turned out to be unfounded.
A Shorewood man reported that his $800 bicycle was stolen after he went to Haskell’s and Jake O’Connors. The bicycle was not locked.
September 20
A 56-year-old man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Arrest occurred on Third Avenue and Division Street in Excelsior. Test results pending.
September 22
Taxi fare was not paid on Lake Street in Excelsior. The credit card had been declined. A police officer contacted the 53-year-old man, who then paid the taxi driver cash. There was an outstanding warrant for the man’s arrest, and he was taken into custody.
