Police Cuff Man Found With Underage Girls

South Lake Minnetonka Police arrested a Minnetonka man last week after finding him with a pair of teenage girls.

A 23-year-old Minnetonka man faces a pair of gross misdemeanor charges after South Lake Minnetonka police say they found him in a parking lot with two underage females.

An officer on patrol during the early morning hours of Tuesday, Nov. 15, spotted John Lundquist’s vehicle parked outside of a closed business on the 5600 block of County Road 19 in Tonka Bay, according to a report written by South Lake Minnetponka Police Department (SLMPD) Detective Steve Neururer. Another man was also in the vehicle—as were two females, ages 13 and 14.

After originally saying they had permission to be out, the officer contacted one of the girls’ parents and learned they did not know the whereabouts of their daughter. The girl eventually admitted to the officer that she snuck out of the house.
