September 4
A burglary was reported just before 10 a.m. on the 3600 block of Lyric Avenue.

A property on the 4300 block of Warren Avenue was cited for a junk ordinance violation.
Police responded to suspicious activity calls on Chevy Chase Drive, Lakeview Terrace, Livingston Avenue and Togo Road.

September 5
A 23-year-old man from Maplewood was arrested on the 2400 block of Shadywood Road on suspicion of second-degree DWI. Test results are pending.
A motor vehicle accident resulting in property damage occured around 8 a.m. near the interesection of Shadywood Road and Shoreline Drive.
A check fogery was reported on the 4600 block of Shoreline Drive in Spring Park.
Damage to property of less than $500 was reported just before noon on the 3800 block of Watertown Road.
A 66-year-old woman from Wayzata was cited for a school bus stop arm violation near the intersection of Pheasant Road and Shadywood Road.
Police responded to suspicious activity calls on Willow View Drive and North Arm Drive.
September 6
An accident resulting in property damage was reported just after 10 a.m. near the intersection of Kelly Avenue and Shoreline Drive.
A resident on the 1300 block of Rest Point Road reported theft of items valued at less than $500 from a yard.
Police responded to suspicious activity calls on Crystal Place and Old Crystal Bay Road, .
September 7
Police assisted with a fire on the 2500 block of Lydiard Avenue involving hazardous materials. The incident took place around 7:30 p.m.
September 8
A theft from a motor vehicle parked on the 3400 block of Shoreline Drive was reported just before 10 a.m. No loss estimates available.
Police responded to a pair of suspicious activity calls near the intersection of Livingston Avenue and Shadywood Road.
September 9
An accident resulting in property damage occurred at the intersection of Sunset Drive and the Dakota Trail. The incident took place just after 5 p.m.
