Sergeant Dave Riegert of the Minnetonka Police Department describes Boemer as a "bad dude" with an extensive criminal record and one police have been hunting for several weeks.

"He’s generally very transient and stays in shelters and buses," Riegert said. "There’s still a stolen vehicle that he took from the house. He could still be potentially driving that. Mostly he rides the bus."
