Virginia A. (Ginny) Wagener of Orono

Ginny was  the first born child of Robert and LaDonna Uhlin, passed away Jan. 4, 2013.  She courageously fought multiple myeloma for over four years.

She was the beloved wife of Morrie for over 53 years, and mother of Greg (Lauri), Chris (Shelly), Charlie (Vicki) Wagener and Cindy (John) Robin; she was a proud, protective, nurturing and young grandmother of 10: Hailey, Cameron, Marissa, Chloe, Ian, Preston, Wyatt, Elise, Ava & Blake; sister of Kathy (Gary) Erdman and Peggy (Loring) Kohrt.

"Mrs. Morrie" was the co-founder of Morrie's Automotive Group. She and Morrie built the family business from the ground up, with Morrie working many long hours as Ginny kept up with the rigorous demands of raising four children. Ginny was loving, caring, opinionated, compassionate and tough. She never complained or admitted how she felt during her long battle with cancer.

"Mom, you are an inspiration to us all. Your love for us, unconditional, and your compassion and strength inspired us. We are all better, stronger, and more caring because of you. We pray you know that you did your job amazingly well. We love you more than words can convey and will miss you every day.  We know you are in a better place and are watching over all of us. One day we will be re-united with you in Heaven."
