David M. Weiss, age 62 of Orono, passed away Mar. 5, 2012.
He received his MBA from Northwestern University and worked for 30 years in international pharmaceutical marketing. He then owned and operated hair salons in California. David's warmth, generosity, optimism, sense of humor and passion for life was apparent in everything he did.
He is survived by his loving wife, Pam; son, Shawn; daughter-in-law, Julie; brother, Steve; sister, Debby; three granddaughters; basset hound, Baxter; and many other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate David's life at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 10, at the David Lee Funeral Home, located at 1220 E. Wayzata Blvd. in Wayzata. Visitation begins at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
