Have you ever called an 800 number to get a loan?
The next time you even think of doing this—DON'T! Any time you need financial help, please seek out a real person and not just an 800 number to help you with your money.
I had a friend that sold a house and was buying another home out of town and used (or tried to use) an 800 number company to get her new mortgage. Well, everything fell through and she ended up not able to close on the new property until a month later while the place she lived in sold and closed so she had to rent for a whole month.
She also had to then find a new mortgage company and start the process all over.
When it comes to your money, it is my belief to have a personal relationship with your advisor. If you need a mortgage broker, insurance agent, CPA, attorney or another advisor, please let me know.
