Concert at St. Edward's Church: Glorious Revolution Baroque

This is one of many concerts offered by St. Edward’s Episcopal Church.

This concert features: Carrie Henneman Shaw, soprano, Miriam Scholz-Carlson, baroque violin, Julie Elhard, viola da gamba, Tami Morse, harpsichord.

Glorious Revolution Baroque presents music of the seventeenth- and eighteenth-centuries, including Monteverdi, Purcell, Bach, Handel, and Vivaldi, alongside forgotten geniuses of the period, with a focus on stylistic expressivity and rigorous historical research. The group features vocal and instrumental specialists and virtuosi from the Upper Midwest and beyond and perform in intimate venues that allow the audience to hear even the most subtle details of their performances. www.gloriousrevolutionbaroque.com
