Trails of Orono Wins National Marketing Communications Award

Facility houses 19 memory care and 43 assisted living apartments in a serene woodland setting just off the Luce Line Trail.

, an assisted living and memory care community in Orono, has been honored with a Merit Award at the 21st annual National Mature Media Awards.

The National Mature Media Awards, which is the largest and most prestigious awards program of its kind, is the nation’s largest competition that annually recognizes the best marketing, communications, educational materials and programs for adults over age 50. The award was won for Trails of Orono’s lifestyle brochure, which was designed and produced by Adelman Advertising of Avon, MN, and Ebenezer Management Services of Minneapolis.

“We are delighted and grateful to be honored as a winner,” said Cheryl Klinkhammer, executive director at Trails of Orono. “We are proud of our creative and informative communication materials that help seniors and their families to learn about how we work to improve quality of life at our community.”

Nearly 1,000 entries were judged by a distinguished panel of mature market experts from across the United States for overall excellence of design, content, creativity and relevance to the senior market.
