POLL: Most Dangerous Stretch of Lake Minnetonka Roadway

Which roadway is most dangerous and how can it be made safer? Sound off!

Lake Minnetonka's blend of twisting, one-lane roadways bisected by major thoroughfares produce more than their share of accidents each year—from minor fender benders to fatals.

Three people were killed in a on a stretch of Hwy. 12 in Long Lake that has drawn regular criticism from local residents over the years for its design.

The intersection of Hwy. 101 and Hwy. 7 near the Deephaven/Minnetonka border was recently named one of the most dangerous in the state, and even a minor meet-and-greet during rush hour can back up traffic for miles.
