PHOTOS: The 2011 Wayzata High School Homecoming Parade

Before the big football game Friday night Wayzata High School students strutted their stuff and rode in style at the 2011 Homecoming parade along Lake Street in Wayzata.

Young and old were on hand to enjoy the parade that included Oakwood Elementary School students as parade security detail. Students from Greenwood Elementary were on hand to enjoy the scene.

The parade was kicked off with the talented students of the Wayzata High School Marching Band.

Riding in the parade were Superintendent Chace Anderson and Wayzata High School Principal Mike Trewick.

Wayzata Homecoming royalty were also seen in the parade along with the high school's cross country team, adapted sports team, Showstoppers dance team, swim club, girls tennis team, French club, gymnasts and more!
