Last Day of June Could be the Hottest of the Year

How do you plan on beating the heat? Tell us in the comments section.

Today will be comfortable, but tomorrow will be a scorcher.

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Heat Watch for Hennepin County, as temperatures are expected to climb into the high 90s tomorrow and feel as hot as 105 degrees.

The Excessive Heat Watch begins Thursday afternoon and lasts through Friday morning. Those susceptible to heat stress are being encouraged to stay in a climate controlled environment whenever possible and drink plenty of fluids.
