Cheryl Brellenthin Named Sales Manager of Edina Realty’s Wayzata Office

Cheryl Brellenthin has been named the new manager of the Edina Realty Wayzata/Lake Minnetonka office.

The Wayzata/Lake Minnetonka office houses 74 agents who help homebuyers and sellers in Wayzata as well as Orono, Minnetonka, Excelsior, Woodland, Cottagewood, Shorewood, Mound and surrounding areas.

Brellenthin will take over duties from Jim Young, who has been named regional manager at Edina Realty’s corporate offices.

Brellenthin has 25 years of experience in the business of real estate. She was formerly the manager of the Maple Grove sales office, is chair of the professional standards committee and she is a member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Association of Realtors.

“Cheryl did an exceptional job as sales manager of our Maple Grove sales office for many years,” said Bob Peltier, president and CEO of Edina Realty Home Services. “She will no doubt provide great leadership to our Wayzata sales agents.”

Brellenthin lives in Plymouth with her husband Dave. The couple has two sons and four grandsons.
