Missy Higgins came to in yesterday for the latest installment of Cities 97's "Oake on the Water" summer concert series.
Higgins played a selection of songs from her first two albums "The Sound of White" and "On a Clear Night," as well as from her new album "The Ol' Razzle Dazzle" set to drop in the U.S. next week.
Higgins spoke with DJ Brian Oake about the five year gap between new discs and her battle with "massive writer's block."
Higgins is set to launch a world tour in support of the album, and several dates have already sold out. She will play the Target Center in Minneapolis Aug. 26. The tour doesn't officially start until next week, with shows in New York and Los Angeles.
