The book doesn't officially go on sale until Aug. 30, but advance copies will be available this weekend.

Shelby is no stranger to Excelsior. He emceed the city's Fourth of July festivities last month, telling the thousands gathered for fireworks that Excelsior has a "special place in his heart." Shelby and his wife are building a home in Excelsior and are sighted regularly around town.
