Are you in need of assistance with gifts this upcoming holiday season?
Families with children under 17 (or in high school) may be eligible for this program. This program anonymously matches donors to recipients. To register for this holiday program, please call WeCAN at 952-472-0742 to schedule an appointment for:
Tuesday, Oct. 22, from 2-6:30 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
To qualify you will need to bring all of the following to the appointment:
• Utility bill from the last ID for parent/custodial caregiver
• Proof of address (business mail or utility bill from utility for the past 30 days). ID is not sufficient for proof of address.
• ID for each child in the home (School ID or birth certificate).
• Proof of gross income for all members in the home (employment, child support, MFIP/DWP, SSI/SSDI and unemployment)
• Ideas of 2 needs (clothing, shoes, winter gear, bedding, educational items, etc.) and 2 wants for each child.
