Wayzata Teams Up With Girly Girl Wines for 'Be Pink' Initiative
Wayzata Wine and Spirits and Wayzata Bar and Grill partner with Girly Girl Wines and Park Nicollet’s “Be Pink Wayzata” initiative. Proceeds to support the Jane Brattain Breast Center in Wayzata.
Wayzata Wine and Spirits and Wayzata Bar and Grill have partnered with Girly Girl Wines to support Park Nicollet’s "Be Pink Wayzata" breast cancer awareness initiative.
Throughout October, Wayzata Wine and Spirits will be donating $1 for every bottle of Girly Girl Wine sold. As part of their "Drink Pink" promotion, Girly Girl Wines will be matching the donations in an effort to raise $5,000 for breast cancer research. All proceeds will go to the Park Nicollet Jane Brattain Breast Center in Wayzata.
Be Pink Wayzata themed wine glasses will also be on sale. Wayzata Wine and Spirits will donate $1 for every glass sold.
Chardonnay, merlot, pinot gris and cabernet from Girly Girl Wines will also be served by the glass at Wayzata Bar and Grill. For each glass of wine sold, $1 will be donated to the Be Pink Wayzata initiative.
In partnership with Thorpe Distributing, Wayzata Bar and Grill will also be serving pink-hued Michelob Golden Draft Light throughout October, with $1 going to the Park Nicollet Jane Brattain Breast Center for every glass sold.
“The Muni is thrilled to partnerwith Girly Girl Wines and the Park Nicollet Foundation’s Be Pink Wayzata initiative,” said Gina Holman, director of liquor operations. “Park Nicollet Jane Brattain Breast Center supports the health and healing of more than 7,000 women in Wayzata each year. This is an opportunity to give back to an organization that has really made a difference in our community.”
